Some of these exercises, such as rowing on a rowing machine, step machine and cycling either on an exercise bike or out in the open. The exercises may seem difficult at first but we promise you that they do get easier the more you perform them and as your fitness level increases.

If you want to achieve a more muscular or defined physique then this package will be for you. By following our body building program along with your efforts you will be able to achieve this. The way to achieve this is by doing a number of exercises using resistance machines or free weights for a given number of repetitions and sets.

By doing a combination of repetitions, the number of times a movement is repeated and number of sets, how many times repetitions are completed determines whether you target building muscle or definition.

More sets and less repetitions enhances muscle growth, which means more muscle mass but less definition, however doing less sets but more repetitions would result in greater definition. The desired effect depends on the individual, but our tailor made program would help you to achieve your ideal physique.
